MelonSeed Technology Inc. operates PimpThaPen, a songwriting, music creation, audio production, and creative-content application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information PimpThaPen may collect, how that information is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide services to PimpThaPen, subject to their applicable contracts, security practices, and privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Permissions are used only for the features described when access is requested.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

- Provide the app and maintain user accounts.
- Store user projects and purchased entitlements.

8. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their PimpThaPen account and associated personal data by:
- Using the account-deletion option inside the app, when available; or
- Emailing admin@melonseedtechinc.com with the subject “PimpThaPen Account Deletion Request.”
We may need to verify the requester’s identity before completing deletion.
When an account is deleted, associated personal data and user content will be deleted or anonymized, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. User Choices
Users may:
- Update certain account information.
- Control device permissions through Android settings.
- Cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information.
- Contact us with privacy questions or complaints.
10. Children’s Privacy
PimpThaPen is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
